The Official or Party Technical Consultant (CTU or CTP)

When a litigation, either an administrative, Civil or Criminal one has technical aspects, these specialists supports the judges (CTU) or the parties (CTP) in those issues.

Procedures

The litigation technical board so constituted works to answer to a written question given from the judge. Every CTP, of course, outline that points more important from his point of view, then the CTU, acting as a technical judge, answers to the real judge question.

Skills

The CTP must have experience and professional authority, over his technical and legal skills, and a good partners staff, to give more weight to his points and make his work at the well for his customer.
Our Publishing experience in this sector and the attention to every detail in writing allow us to produce easy readable technical documentation, having good effects on a non-technical reader, as the judge, in understanding our point of view, against documents coming from other parties, equally good from a technical point of view, but worse written, so less understandable.

International Laws

Globalization process needs international skills. In Europe is in force the Lugano Convention, between the European Union and Switzerland and the CE 44/2001 Regulations, that establishes that the litigation competence is in the country where the damage or offence occurs.
